Iraq
In 2008, Dr. Carey served in Iraq. He was part of a team of military doctors to train Iraqi surgeons in facial trauma surgery. Dr. Carey was invited to participate as part of the US State Department. Dr. Carey appreciates and admires the risk and sacrifice that our troops and State Department officials endure and was honored to be a small part of it.
